Refund & Return Policy
Our promise
Every Gratitude, Gathered box is made by hand and packed with care. If something isn't right when your box arrives, tell us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your box arrives damaged, or you received the wrong group size, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gratitudegathered.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice.
If you're dissatisfied
We want every gathering to feel meaningful. If you're unhappy with your experience, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Because each box is a curated, hands-on activity and the materials can't be resold once opened, we don't ask you to ship anything back. Instead, we offer a 30% partial refund of the price you paid. No need to pack, label, or return the box — just reach out.
No physical returns
Once a box has been opened, we do not accept physical returns. The papers, boards, and prompt cards are personal once they've been handled, and we have no way to inspect or restock individual pieces. The 30% partial refund above is our way of standing behind the experience without asking you to send anything back.
Unopened boxes
If your box is completely unopened and unused, you may request a full refund minus original shipping within 14 days of delivery. The box must be returned to us in its original condition; contact us first for the return address. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.
How to request a refund
Email hello@gratitudegathered.com with your order number (it starts with GG-) and a short note about what happened. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
